Many thermoformed packaging manufacturers simply offer standard products for standard solutions. We can design and develop thermoformed packaging for any purpose - from confectionary packaging for major supermarkets to tamper proof collars that secure promotional glasses to limited edition whisky bottles and carton inserts for toiletries to punnets for cress.
Led by development director, Daniel Coates, the design team is constantly exploring sustainable solutions for high volume products to significantly increase the likelihood that it will be recycled.
All development work is carried out in-house, with all prototype moulds and tools produced in our modern and well-equipped tool room.
